The woobie is the one piece of issued gear nobody turns in. Quilted polyester fill, rip-stop shell, built-in cord ties and a compression sack. Light enough to live in your pack year-round, warm enough that it ends up on the couch.
Use it three ways: tied into a USGI rain poncho through the grommets as a sleep system, on its own as a blanket in the truck or the treestand, or rigged with paracord as a hammock underquilt or shelter liner.
