Return Policy
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
- Books, CDs, DVDs, or other media with signs of use
Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) with the original packaging, including a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Please retain proof of shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund:

- Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund, such as for items with damage or missing parts.
- Exchanges

Gift Returns
